Most X-rays and blood tests take at least 7-10 days to be reported. It is the responsibility of the patient to find out the results of the investigation. Call the appointments line – any afternoon after 2.30 pm – and the receptionist will inform you of the result and if any action is needed. Please note if a fasting blood test is being completed you must not eat 12 hours before the test is taken.
