The Chestnuts Surgery take patient confidentiality extremely seriously. All personal information is treated in the strictest confidence.

Only members of staff have access to patient information and we have a strict confidentiality policy, in line with GDPR.

All staff are bound by strict rules of confidentiality and the practice is registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

Please note all calls in and out of The Chestnuts Surgery are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
