The Chestnuts Surgery work extremely hard to ensure we are delivering the best care to our patients at all times and when they need us most.
If you have any comments, suggestions or cause to complain about our services or team, please write to the Practice Manager, Shaun Potter at The Chestnuts Surgery, stating the reason for your complaint.
Please be assured all complaints will be treated very seriously and will be acknowledged within three working days in line with NHS Complaints procedure.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 25 working days and will be in contact with you should this not be possible.
NHS England also provide a leaflet on how to make a complaint. For a copy of this leaflet please ask at the surgery reception.
We welcome any suggestions you may have on ways we might improve our service to you. Your ideas and suggestions are important in helping us to provide excellent patient care in a safe and welcoming environment with friendly staff.
