If you have the cause to complain about our services or team, please telephone Kirsty Maclaren in the first instance or write to Suzanne Jeffreys at the Chestnuts surgery, stating the reason for your complaint. Please be assured all complaints will be treated very seriously and will be acknowledged within three working days.
NHS England also provide a leaflet on how to make a complaint. For a copy of this leaflet please ask at reception.
