Would you like to be a member of The Chestnuts Surgery’s Patient Participation Group or PPG for short?

It is run by volunteer patients and our surgery team to help strengthen the relationship between the practice and you, our patients.

Would you like a say in what happens to your health care and associated services?

We are establishing a constructive discussion forum, offering an alternative perspective on many topics relevant to General Practice.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated patients to join our PPG to put your views on upcoming changes and help shape the delivery of services for the future. We plan to establish a chosen group who will represent our practice population.

You will be required to be aged 18 or over, be a permanent, registered patient of the surgery and not be related to anyone working in the surgery or an ex-employee.
